1. About us

These terms govern your use of the SMP Nationwide website and the provision of scalp micro pigmentation and related treatments. By booking a consultation or treatment you agree to these terms.

SMP Nationwide operates from clinics in Manchester, Altrincham and London. Contact: info@smpnationwide.co.uk | 0330 113 2111.

2. Consultations

Initial consultations are offered free of charge and carry no obligation to proceed with treatment. During the consultation we will assess your suitability for SMP and discuss a proposed treatment plan. We reserve the right to decline treatment if we consider it unsuitable for your scalp, skin or health circumstances.

3. Bookings and deposits

Treatment sessions are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit where applicable. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or fail to attend.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment may be rescheduled without charge.
• Cancellations within 48 hours will result in loss of any deposit paid.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances and will give you as much notice as possible.

5. Treatment results

SMP results vary between individuals depending on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare compliance and natural hair loss progression. We cannot guarantee identical results to images shown on this website. All before-and-after images represent real client outcomes but individual results may differ.

6. Aftercare

You will be provided with written aftercare instructions following each session. Failure to follow aftercare guidance may affect your result. Additional sessions required due to non-compliance with aftercare may be chargeable.

7. Health and medical conditions

You must disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, skin conditions or allergies before treatment. We reserve the right to refuse or pause treatment if we consider it a risk to your health. SMP Nationwide is not a medical provider and does not offer medical advice.

8. Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from the provision of treatment is limited to the total amount paid for that treatment. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of earnings or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website including text, images and design is owned by or licensed to SMP Nationwide. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
